We had a very good time here. It was very cozy and super clean!! The staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. It was nice to have a separate entrance vs. going through the main lobby and The Frog Town Chop House but the stairs were a little narrow. The staff was also very attentive when we raised some concerns about noise from the kitchen staff after hours from the restaurant below us. Location was fantastic as we could get most anywhere within 20 minutes. We would definitely visit again!
Nice spot in the Pocono mountains. My one bedroom apt.was clean and well kept. Nice mountain feeling vibe.
I made arrangements for housekeeping every other day (we stayed 7 days) and it was not done. This was our 5th time staying here, we love the grounds , the pool is meticulous . The restaurant on the property was fantastic (frogg chop house).
Had a laid back peaceful few days in an absolutely welcoming and inviting setting. Cottage was super clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel like they have known you forever. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing and we met the nicest people staying there. We could not have had a better mini vacation. Thanks to all who made our time here special, we will definitely see you soon!
Very hospitable. When the manager Lisa found out that we were newly married , bought us a drink! And the bartender Joseph was awesome. Very warming and knowledgeable. Rooms were worth every penny. although we were there in March and couldn’t use some of the amenities would highly recommend this for anybody to spend a couple days when in the area!
Nice, quiet, family friendly. Very close to other attractions like ropes courses and kalahari resorts. Wood field has a swimming pool and a restaurant on site as well. Great for a weekend getaway.
Clean, pleasant room with a comfortable bed. We were already pleased but then we had medical emergency. The entire staff (including the restaurant staff) kicked it up a notch and made a bad situation bearable. I can't say thank you enough!
First stay here was in July 2024. It was very nice. The queen size apt. suite we rented was very clean and comfortable, however a bit dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were well kept. The only thing I would have liked is if there were more entertainment for guests, like lawn games available or maybe a mini golf course, etc. Other than that, it is a great little place.
